"I want to build an online store" is not a starting point; it is a sentence. The reflex is to open a framework and create a project, which feels like progress for about a day. The nine questions below are what an experienced engineer asks before that — and none of them has a technology in the answer. The page does not know what a good store is. It knows which of your answers are empty, which name a tool before a problem, and which unknowns are still topics rather than questions.

What is it, in one sentence, without naming a technology?
A goal stated as a technology ("a React app with Postgres") has skipped the problem. The first sentence should survive every technology being swapped out.
hint Start with "A place where…" or "A tool that lets…". If a framework or database appears in the sentence, remove it and see what is left.

SIMPLIFIED
The roadmap is a template filled from your answers, not a judgment of them. Every line is a rephrasing, a keyword match or a set difference — the frame is your first sentence with technology words removed; the "becomes" under each unknown is one of a dozen hand-written templates chosen by keyword, or a generic fallback that says so; the order is the same five steps for every project. An empty answer produces an empty section and a warning, never plausible filler. The page cannot tell a good core action from a bad one, and a roadmap with no warnings means "nothing structurally missing", not "this will work".
